former President, JAXUSA Partnership and Executive Vice President, JAX Chamber
Jerry Mallot is the President of JAXUSA Partnership and Executive Vice President of the JAX Chamber. Mallot directs a staff of 14 in the JAXUSA Partnership in the areas of business development, international, workforce development, research and marketing. He led the formation of a seven-county economic development program to expand high wage jobs in Northeast Florida that has attracted tens of thousands of jobs to the region.

Mallot received a Bachelor’s Degree in business and a Master’s Degree in economics from Wichita State University. Mallot has earned the Certified Economic Developer and Certified Chamber Executive designations, the top professional certifications in these fields.

Jody Beasley
General Manager, SAFT
Beasley joined SAFT in 2011 at the new Jacksonville factory as part of the team which launched the manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries for energy storage on the power grid. He’s been a SAFT General Manager since 2015 and has 29 years battery experience with SAFT, Duracell and Panasonic. His leadership responsibilities fall under Manufacturing, Product and Process Engineering, Quality, and Environmental Affairs. Beasley is obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, and he is an MBA Graduate from Auburn University.

When he is not working, he enjoys fishing and playing with grandchildren.

Anothony Glenn
Head of Jacksonville Office, Macquaire
Anthony Glenn is a Macquarie Division Director with operational and strategic oversight of the Jacksonville office.

Glenn was born and educated in South Africa and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (S.A) having served his articles with Deloitte. He moved to London in 1997 to work for Merrill Lynch before joining Credit Suisse in 2000. At Credit Suisse he worked primarily in London and Zurich with global responsibility for accounting assurance before moving to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2007 to set up and lead the firm’s finance function. In July 2016 he accepted the position as site head of the newly formed Macquarie Jacksonville office which under his leadership has grown to almost 200 employees.

Glenn is married with two children and his family became proud US citizens in November 2016. He spends most of his spare time supporting his kids on the soccer and lacrosse fields of the south east USA and when time permits playing golf or travelling.

Tracey Hulsey
CFO, City Facilities Management
Tracey Hulsey is Chief Finance Officer for City Facilities Management (US) LLC. In addition to overseeing all aspects of Finance, Tracey also overseas, Commercial, IT and HR.

Tracey and her team are committed to giving world class data and analysis to aid in business and customer decision making, as well as serving field operations every day in every way. Tracey’s particular passion is to nurture the City Culture to ensure US operations are true to the City Family values that started in Glasgow, UK over 25 years ago, exceeding customer expectations, putting the customer first, one team together to do the right thing.

Tracey graduated with an honors degree in Biology from the University of York in England before gaining her Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales accounting qualification at Arthur Andersen.
