Demonstrating the Complexity of International Crisis ManagementThis year's International Crisis Management Exercise (ICME) will be held on Saturday, February 21. Participants from the Council's Great Decisions high school program will convene and assume the role of the National Security Council. With Ambassador Nancy Soderberg and Admiral Jonathan T. Howe, USN (Ret.) acting as Presidents, students must work together to craft recommendations regarding various aspects of the international crisis.
